You have the convenience to choose the days and times that best suit your schedule, from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week (Monday to Sunday). We offer you two options to tailor the experience for your pup: Picky Pooch Option: If you prefer consistency and want the same walker for all your walks throughout the month, you can choose the 'Picky Pooch' option when booking a monthly walk. This ensures a familiar face for your pet, creating a more personalized and reliable routine. Friendly Furball Option: If your pup is comfortable with different walkers, you can opt for the 'Friendly Furball' option. This allows for flexibility, and your dog will enjoy the company of various caregivers during their walks. Additionally, Pawsapp offers the Pawsapp Guarantee, providing extra peace of mind when booking and paying for services through our platform. In the unlikely event that any issues arise during a booking, the Pawsapp Guarantee is our commitment to you. The Pawsapp Guarantee is designed to reimburse members of our community for specific costs associated with injuries or damages that occur during a service booked through Pawsapp. These injuries or damages must be a direct result of the care provided during a Pawsapp stay or walk. What is the refund process like?When it comes to refunds, we want to ensure a hassle-free experience for our Pet Parents. You can receive a full refund in two situations: firstly, if no available walker has been found for your booked service, and secondly, if you decide to cancel your service within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time. We strive to make the process as convenient as possible for you.
